The Forum on Thursday is for an exchange of ideas and discussion on various topics in preparation for the National Board Meeting. It is a more informal meeting and often provides time for breakouts. National Board members are encouraged to attend the forum, because resolutions that will be voted on during the June Board Meeting on 6/8 will be discussed. Council of Advisors, Council of Presidents, and all National volunteers are invited to attend. Incoming 2024-2025 Board Members are welcome to attend also.
Forum topics will include a report from the Staff and Volunteer Task Force, updates on the Grants Manager, new Chapter Compliance recommendations, among others. The meeting agenda will follow closer to the date.
There will also be a Meet and Greet Session from 1:35-1:50 PM ET for those who want to join! Feel free to hop on early to network with your fellow ARCS members before we get into official business.
The virtual event will be held via Zoom. The Zoom link and log-in information will be included in your registration confirmation and will also be sent as a reminder to all registered participants prior to the meeting.
