- 11:15 am – 12:45 pm: Site Visit and ARCS Scholar Poster Session
- 12:45 – 1:30 pm: Lunch with ARCS Scholars
- Boxed lunches will be provided, with considerations for dietary restrictions
- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: ASU Lab Tours
- 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm: ASU Graduate College Celebrating Excellence Event,
o ASU Graduate College brings together graduate student recipients of fellowships and awards administered through the College during the annual Celebrating Excellence reception. Each year over 500 students and their guests are honored for their academic and research achievements. Attendees will hear from faculty and scholars and enjoy light refreshments.
o ARCS Members are invited to join to celebrate the outstanding achievements of these phenomenal graduate students, including the ARCS Scholars, following the ARCS Site Visit Activities.
